This project involved a comprehensive construction cost estimation for a high-end residential apartment renovation located in Kansas City, Missouri. The scope covered all major CSI divisions, starting from general requirements and demolition to detailed interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and final furnishings. The project required a complete understanding of both structural modifications and luxury interior upgrades.

The estimation included selective demolition of existing elements such as flooring, walls, soffits, and fixtures, followed by detailed planning for new construction components. Interior framing systems using metal studs, gypsum board assemblies, and insulation were carefully quantified to ensure accurate material and labor projections. Special attention was given to architectural elements such as custom cabinetry, solid-core doors, and specialized hardware systems.

Additionally, the project incorporated high-end finishes and premium equipment, including branded kitchen appliances, custom furniture, lighting systems, and integrated home features such as audio systems and automation controls. The estimation ensured precise cost allocation across all trades, supporting efficient budgeting and execution for a luxury residential renovation.
