This project involved a comprehensive estimation for a multi-story residential development, covering interior finishes, exterior façade systems, and general construction requirements. The scope included detailed quantity takeoffs for flooring systems across multiple levels, incorporating a wide variety of materials such as wood flooring, terrazzo, porcelain tiles, carpet, rubber flooring, and concrete finishes.
A key aspect of this project was the complexity of multi-floor coordination, with consistent yet varied material applications across cellar, residential floors, roof, and service areas.
