This project involved a detailed cost estimation for a multi-story residential building located in Queens, New York. The scope primarily focused on interior construction components, including metal stud framing, gypsum wall systems, ceiling assemblies, and door installations across all floors. The building consists of five residential levels along with a roof and bulkhead, designed to accommodate ten apartment units.

The estimation process included comprehensive material takeoffs for interior and exterior framing, ensuring accurate quantity calculations for metal studs, tracks, gypsum boards, insulation, and fastening systems. Special attention was given to gypsum ceiling systems, which were designed to be installed throughout the building, requiring precise coordination of materials such as furring channels, clips, and boards.

In addition to wall and ceiling systems, the project also covered detailed door scheduling and quantity estimation for various apartment configurations, including single and double doors. The overall estimation ensured proper allocation of materials for both structural and finishing elements, supporting efficient execution and cost control for the residential development.
